A channel stopped working during a live game. What do I do?
First, try switching to a backup server in your IPTV app. Most channels have multiple feeds. If it's still down, message us on WhatsApp with the channel name and your device model. We'll check the server and reroute if needed. Most channel outages resolve in under 10 minutes.
